bidulec, if the authorities see your screen shot you posted they can track your Internet Protocol address (so what if its a proxy, it'll just take a little longer to find you)

Yeah, Im sure the FBI makes a monthly trip to IFSZ.

No, but any administrator or global moderator could simply drop your IP address and an annonymous tip to InterPol or the FBI.

I don't thnk the FBI will give a crap about something this small.
