Spoiler im pretty sure hes dead. In an interview on Mugglenet.com they asked y he died and she said that HArry had to go on with this by himself. He had to finish off Voldemort no one else. Its like all the other hero's they have to do it themselves. Also he cant be alive Snape walked up to him and clearly said the DEATH curse on Dumbledore. As the imposter Moody said there is no way to defend against the curse by yourself. The reason Harry survived was becuase he didnt do thise by himself, his mother helped him by dieing. Plus the spell would not have lifted off Harry i Dumbledore wasnt gone. |

This theory is completely stupid, but... Did you ever consider that Harry himself might be one of Voldemort's horcruxes? I mean, I know it's stupid, because if Harry was carrying a fraction of Voldemort's soul, then why in the lord's name would Voldemort be seeking out Harry to kill him? But then, think back to that fateful night when Lily and James were killed by Voldemort. When Voldemort struck down Lily (by accident of course, as Lily dived in the way to prevent her son from being killed), that would be a perfect chance. Voldemort, being of 'powerful mind' would have seized the chance to take one further step towards immortality and create a horcrux in the form of Harry Potter. And so what, if in anything you may have heard about that night, that there may have been no recollections of Voldemort saying any other spells than Avada Kedavra (Killing Curse), but when Tom Riddle asks the young Slughorn about Horcruxes, and what the spell is, Slughorn clearly states that he doesn't know (or maybe he's just a highly skilled Occlumens) what the spell is, that could mean it's a non verbal spell, and Voldemort didn't have to say anything to make a horcrux out of Harry. ^Highlight above for stupid theory^ |

^ Don't think so, as J. McKenna said:
But I do like CFR's theory. |
