It's not bad. You should really put the stroke inside the button layer, because putting it outside makes the whole thing look blurry.

Plus, you should never rasterize anything if you can help it. In this case, you didn't have to. Working in vectors is much easier and makes the results much better. On one last note, cool shapes can be made just as easily with the addition and subtraction features of the shape tool. i.e. this button could have been made more even and precise using a postive rectangle and a negative rounded rectangle.

But I'm picky. It's a good tutorial for those learning how to make buttons.
