Does anyone know what happening with Time computers now? Incase anyone doesn't know they've gone bust. I bought a computer ove a year ago from them, I want to have it upgraded but time won't do it (for obvious reasons). Is it worth voiding the extended warrenty and upgrading it somewhere else or are Time scraping the warrenty's.

The other thing I'm considor ing is buying a new base unit and using the screen I currently have. Can anyone suggest a supplier thats reliable and not too expensive?

Your prob in USA so dont comment this is a question for the brits!

Yep as you know Tiny went bust...They is no longer a warranty or guaranty...I tried to take mine back cos it was fcking up but they was no accepting it back...All guarantys/warrantys had been canceled!(Suprised they havent been sued)

Just build your own and then get what youd want/need..People here will most likely help you build a nice box.

Edit!: Was it not The Computer Shop/Tiny who went bust...Time went bust many years ago.

Time, Tiny, The computer Shop and one or two others are all part of a larger firm that has gone bust. They did have stores in the US, but I think they just decided to shut them down about a year ago.

I'm going to see how much it will cost to upgrade the processor and RAM, depending on the cost I'll decide whether to upgrade or build myself a computer to suit my needs.

Just buy from a reputable manufacturer such as crucial, Corsair, Muskin, OCZ etc. I myself prefer crucial as they overclock well for a reasonable price.
