k.

Well, I was trying to run a game install, (yes my comp did meet the specs of the game , barly :sigh: ) Anyways, when put the cd in the tray, load it up, i get an error message, summit like

" 16 Windows sub system

c:\\windows\system32\autoexe.nt . The system file is not suitable for runni g Ms - Dos and microsoft applications. Choose close to terrminate the application."

[Close] [Ignore]

I clicked both and it still terrminated it. The thing is, the install ran fine when i bought the game in like september of last year.. :|

any suggestions? :sigh:

Have you tried backing the disc up using Alcohol 120% and the mounting it as an image of the hardrive...Could be a damaged disc...Or a corrupt file system :X

Well if it is more then one game Alcohol 120% is no use to you...Itd prob do your more damage to learn how to use it anyways...Im honestly not sure but if it is a recent problem try doing a system restore/roleback to go back to a previous configuration.
