I've noticed that your forums could use a little more advertising. I recommend Traffic Swarm. I've gotten so much traffic to my web sites using Traffic Swarm. I suggest you try it out. It works very well for a free service.

Why didn't you ask the member who asked you this and not waste space in invisionfree chat sicnce this has nothing to do with invisionfree.

I just started sending those messages out to people on here a couple of days ago. I scanned the forums for members with links to there forums in their sigs and if the forums have say less than 10 members or so, I'd PM them that message to see if they are interested in that program.

The program seemed to work very well for me with websites I created in the past, so I figure I'd try to help others out and give refer credits to help myself out as well.

I keep track of all members that I send this message to, so no one on this forum should get that message from me more than once. I've gotten advertisements by PM before, so I figured it would be alright to do this.

I would have to say that would be considered spam.
The PM system is just for communicating with people in private, not for advertising your forum or anything else, especially if you're giving them an affiliate/referral link that earns you credits or some other reward from whatever service you're advertising.

According to the above quote, only advertising an InvisionFree board is not allowed. I'm not advertising an InvisionFree board, I'm advertising a web site promotion service.

Right, it wouldn't be a violation of that rule.
As I said, it would probably be considered spam, which is against section 3.1 of the TOS as well as this forum's board rules.
