Ok I am having some problems here...

I am using Flash MX 2004 and am trieng to create a "pre-loader" or loading bar. I am using a tut from this site. I have gotten to this part...

Ok, now we will start on the actual preloader code. Right click on the empty keyframe in frame one of the actions layer. Go to "Actions" in the context menu to open up the "Actions" panel. Use the below code (which will be explain later in this tutorial).

When I right click I get no "Actions" option. Here is what my "panel" looks like...

Now I obviously don't know what to do as I am a very new Flash user. Is there someway to get to the place I am "supposed" to be another way?

Please don't yell as I am kind of new at this whole concept.

I think all you have to do is drag 'n drop it into whatever frame you want, It worked for me. I also highly recommend getting your preloaders from Stickslaughter.
I hope this helps.
