How do I extend the banner to be the full width of the board. Here is the board with the banner http://s11.invisionfree.com/Girls_Rule_Book_Club |

The 'full width' of the board depends entirely on the resolution of who is viewing the board. Therefore the only way is to have a three part banner. Unfortunately that's not really possible with the banner you're using. So the only thing I can suggest is slicing off the first column of oval shapes from the left side of your banner, and using it as a background image for the #logostrip in the Style Sheet. Find this:
Then replace the highlighted URL with that of the hosted image of the sliced side of the banner. If you need me to explain that in more detail, let me know
