can anyone please help me reset the date and time of my board. I have no date or time at all.

Well, that's PHP's way of setting up the looks of time and date. Deleting it would mean that your web browser doesn't know how to use it, so it doesn't :P

If you have chosen the correct timezone and the clock is an hour out, this is because of daylight savings time and your members can correct this by editing their 'Board settings' via their User Control Panel. The Native Timezone is your timezone. I will post the default for everything else for you:
Short time format

Edit: if you wish, you may refer to this post that talks a lot about PHP time set-up. (I was having some troubles with it :P)
