They are alright. But they lack depth and the background is cloudy ish. Icons and buttons tend to look better witha gradient and glossy pop out or depthy feel.

I dont know how to explain except to look at the TZ buttons lol

I agree with sherwood. I would also recommend using a more distinguishable font for things such as team icons. Also, remember to save graphics as PNG, or at the very least high quality JPEGs, because the graphics will then look more crisp when uploaded to the internet.

Keep practicing. :)

Definitely agreed about the JPEGs. =[
The background looks kind of neat, but as a whole the icons look quite flat. (Whether it was intentional or not, it's pretty much just a matter of personal preference. :P)
I'm not a big fan of the font. I tend to use simpler fonts for forum graphics and such, unless it somehow suits the skin it's created for. Sometimes something a bit different looks nice, but in this case I don't feel the font's doing your graphic any justice.
I'd also recommend adding a border to the icons. It's amazing how big of a difference they can make. =P
Keep at it! :D

Work on color selection. While the text color might look ok, there are better colors which would work better with the background you have. Keep practicing. :)
