Changing default font colors

need to know how to change all font colors to deepseagreen (#8FBC8F) spent about 3 hours on html trying to edit this (i'm bad, i kno) and this is the last thing i have to do. i just need the name i can change color myself. ty for help in advanced.

need all blacks to grays. such as time stamp text in posts members online and that section. member information and so on.

For the first, remove the "background-image:url()" from the #logostrip and then change the "background-color:#000".

As for the category headings, do the same as above exept in the .maintitle part of the CSS.

what about the fonts that are black...such as in the following prnt scrns

off topic are there any websites where they have CSS themes where i could just copy and paste it into the CSS? It'd save me about 2 hours more of CSS editing :S
