Hello, I need some help with a javascript I am trying to write for my forum, so I was wondering if you could help me. I want an image to appear at the beginning of the %BOARD% section. The image is not fixed, but it changes, depending on how old the last post in a certain thread is (for example, if the last post was made today image A appears, if the last post was made yesterday image B appears and so on). My problem is how I can get the date of the latest post in the thread. Extracting the post dates when the user views the thread in question is done quite easily, with the use of a simple document.getElement command. What I do not know, however, is how I can get the information document.getElement provides, when the user views a page different to that of the thread in question. Is there a way to do this? Thank you in advance for your help. |

Do you perhaps have any ideas on how this can be done? Thanks again. |
