I already downloaded it but, I coudn't get on most websites because it doesn't with Flash Player nor JavaScript. So I went to download Flash Player but, it only has downloads for Mac's with Safari. Why is that? You can look below and clearly see that the only Windows download are for IE, AOL, Netscape, and Opera.
