Okay what i wanna do is make the spots that i circled translucent. i still want the color there but i want them see though so you can see the background a bit more is there any way to do that? and if so show me how step by step treat me as i haven't a clue to what I'm looking for. ^^

there are two ways of doing this, one is to use a filter attribute to set it transparent, but this only works with Internet Explorer, all other browsers won't be able to see the effect the other way, is to use an image program like gimp, cs2, cs3, to make a small square image the same color as the tables there, then make it semi transparent, then set it as the bg image for those tables, set it to repeat, and take out the background color theres documentation here about CSS elements and what they do: http://if.invisionfree.com/forum/31/ |
