What do you regret?

Everyone has to make decisions, and we all must agree that some are better than others at making those decisions. However, I am positive that almost everyone here has made a decision that they regret. So, what do you regret? Could be anything, academic or family related. Anything at all.

As for me, the thing I regret the most was my choice to drop out of band. Little did I know that I would get a whole bunch of new friends that were in band, and that I would get extremely interested in music... oh well. I'm working to fix that though... proving that if you set your mind on something you can accomplish almost any goal. Anyway, coming in second, is me not taking math seriously when I was younger. If I had, I wouldn't have to take a course over the summer in order to get into an advanced math course with the people who got into it at a much younger age. :sigh:

I am trying to think of something significant that I regret but I can't think of anything.

I guess one regret would be not getting close enough with my grandmother before she passed away. She was an amazing person and I'm learning all of this now after she's gone. :(

The thing I regret the most is being born. I'm useless and worthless in my mum's eyes, so I don't see why I should have been born if my mum is going to hate me so much. I think she did want my big brother and me in foster homes. I don;t think she missed us much for those two years we were anyways. :/

I regret ever cheating on any girl. I have a very bad reputation amongst my old friends for being a player, but that's not the name I'm trying to give myself.

I also regret not studying for any type of test since the 6th grade. I mean... it doesn't really matter with my grades anyway.

Lol, that comment made me laugh.

I don't regret anything because if I did I would get depressed about something I can't change

I try so hard to have that view, but I guess I can't control it. The only compensation I can get is to try and reverse the decisions that I have made poorly, such as the math and band. I'm going to be taking a course over the summer to get a year ahead, and I'm taking private lessons to get back into band. I just can't help but look back and get all sad about it though, it is quite annoying.

Don't feel sad dude shes terrible if she really is like that maybe she should have got to know you. Before even thinking of being that way.
We know you here and you see awesome  don't feel down on yourself.

My biggest regret was not knowing what I was doing when I first started using a computer when cause I almost got taken to court and got really taken advantage of.I think I was 11 then it was about 3 years ago or sometime between 11 and 12

I honestly don't regret much. All my decisions, good or bad, made me into who I am today.

</cheesy predictable comment>

I'm sitting here trying to think of something I regret, but everything I think about has helped me grow into the person that I am today. I am very satisfied with who I am right now. Of course I have my flaws and of course there are things I regret, but I cannot dwell on what I did wrong. I can only use those instances to improve myself, and that is what I have done. So one could say that I regret nothing.

I agree with Tariq. Everything and everyone I've encountered has made me into who I am today. I do sometimes wish I made different decisions but that's just natural thinking. ^_^

Truthfully, when I was 12 I donated all my My Little Ponies, so I had to start my collection over. :r Tariq is right though. ^_^

Nothing. I like how everything has turned out. I mean sure somethings I wish happened differently, but when all's said and done, the way things are at this exact moment is exactly how it should be. Imagine if you changed something, how you could be a completely different person right now. With knowledge of the future there's so many things you could change, but the decisions you made the time you made them depend on the kind of person you are, which is why you are who you are. The path you take makes You into You. So, with that said, I'm me cause of things I've done, and I love me, so my path is what it should be, I have no regrets.

I really shouldn't have gone on a trip with my friend this past week. It wasn't fun at all. We met up with his girlfriend and I ended up riding the third wheel the whole time. :P
