Member Suspension: Result GhostRecon is suspended until... Sep 3 2008, 03:46 PM I noticed that a +- 999999999 days ban is like "suspended until januari 1964" Well I would like to ban him for life and block his IP adress as well. Just can't find it + Invisionfree needs to change the year :/ Can someone tell me where to find his IP adress? He hasn't posted anything yet... |

To discover the IP address of that member, go to you admin cp and search for that member, click on edit details next to the members name, and the first field in that section is a fixed text field displaying the IP address that the member used to register |

As for the suspension issues, this a bit glitched in my findings. I was suspended on a board for about 4 days and it still showed me as banned after the 4 days D: |

The board date is correct, just the suspension date will appear a bit off. Rest assured though that it will still work

I've tried banning people before, but it doesn't seem to work. i add their IP address to the ban list, but they can still view the board (I have the setting for banned members not to be able to view the board ON) so it should work |

It means they'll get an error message when they attempt to view the board. |

Like I said, if you set everything right, they'll attempt to view those things, but they'll run into error messages instead. That's what you're seeing. |

He speaks the truth. They will get an error message, but no matter what, if they know or click a link on your board, it will show them as viewing that link in the Online Users list. What they see is what he says: an error message. |
