Hey It's Natalie here, if anyone could help me it would be amazing. Basically a few of my members are having problems logging onto my forum and they get this message; http://i36.tinypic.com/1zzmhrc.jpg See I'm not sure whether it's their browser because I have BT Yahoo Broadband and it works fine, any help would be really appreciated. Thanks Natalie xx |

That usually means that the server is down. |

Are they by any chance mac users? I'm curious as to whether other people are having the same problem I am. I've got four computers on my network here at home. Three of them were recently updated so that they are now running 10.5.5 while the other one (this one) is still back on 10.4.11. The three now running 10.5.5 (which is the only common change amongst them) have been unable to see any invisionfree board ever since we updated them while this one running 10.4.11 can see them just fine. I know it's not an issue of the boards being down at the time of trial because I've set them up next to each other and tried at the exact same time as well as asked people in other locations on Windows and Linux and other such operating systems to try and they've been able to see the boards just fine while my three running 10.5.5 get the same error as the original poster. We've tried to see two different boards on three computers in four different browsers (Firefox, Safari, Flock, and even an old mac version of IE), and none of them work. Edit: Make that three boards, including this one. Edited by calli_thaala, Sep 17 2008, 11:02 AM.
