memory leakage in windows gadgets?

wondering if anyone knows if using certain windows sidebar gadgets have history of memory leakage? take for example this gadget iam using now CPU meter... because almost all the gadgets are unverified and dont have a digital signature

Its possible for memory leaks from many things, I think M$ has a utility on thier site to check out memory leaks.
