If you would read the article, you would understand it is for you...
No, it really isn't. Not only does it say it in the article that it's not for dead pixels, it says it in the video as well.

Got a replacement laptop with nothing on it. And this laptop has a dead pixel and two stuck ones. ^_^

I've decided to **** laptops, get a refund and get a tower. I have this in mind.

Yeah lmao. It's kinda funny, though Toshiba must just be crap at making sure things are finished.

At least this gives me an excuse to get a refund of £399 for the laptop (even though the price has gone down to £379). Then with the £399 I'll get the tower. :)

EDIT:

Yep, did exactly what I said in the last two sentences. :)

Hey, the word filter is there to stop the odd slip up. Can you try not to swear so much please? It gives a bad impression.

on a 1280 x 800 screen there are over a million pixels so the chances of just one being damaged is pretty high
I've never ever experiences a dead pixel on any other monitor, before.

Jia, it's a Toshiba.
toshiba labtopcs are CRAP

why in the world did you get a toshiba in the first place????

I've got dead pixels on my TV, DS and PSP. They're not too uncommon and nothing to worry about. I don't know what the dead pixels on your screen look like so I can't suggest whether to send it back for repair or not, but I wouldn't bother unless it was REALLY bad. Like when I first got my DS lite, about 10 of the pixels were broke and 5 were stuck (just like being dead but stuck on a colour rather than off).
