I'm not a huge horror flick fan (i scare easy, lol), so I will probably wait till this is out on video or leaked onto the internet to watch it... but it looks interesting. It looks a lot like cloverfield, which I liked. Planning on seeing it?

I don't think I'll watch it at the Cinema, but I'll definitely see it when it comes out on DVD. I tthink the home-video style worked really with Cloverfield and The Blair Witch Project (although when I first saw them I didn't particularly like it).

Looks like a good story though, and I hope they don't end the film with an open-ending.

I agree with both, it's an interesting fusion between Cloverfield and the Blair Witch Project, and it seems to have something to do with a government cover-up/conspiracy, so it's not a generic horror film.

I have very little hope for this movie. I'm actually a pretty big fan of horror movies, but the majority of them are just let-downs. This one just doesn't stand out to me at all.

I wonder how many people actually realize it's just a copy of the movie [.REC].

I'm the same as the OP. I've seen one or two scary movies in theaters, so I'll likely wait if I see this.

Either way, does that make this less of a movie? It may not be as good, or it could be much better. Plus, it's a Spanish film. Very few foreign language films make their way over here, so making an English version may not be such a bad thing.

I'd like to see it. It does look like a good movie from the trailer, but I don't know.
