Oh lord... another 'upgrade' to ignore ;)

Looks awful, honestly. IMO it's only really going to appeal to people who put aesthetics over usability and function.

Just installed it, I love it =D other than the fact some peoples DPs don't fill the box its really good. No lag with webcams and doesn't have a long load time either.

Giving it a try now. Looks a bit cozier, but I see no significant improvments over previous versions.

I tried it out, some cool features and a bit faster with emoticons (which take forever in the latest full release), but some emoticons don't even work for me. They show up to others, however. So I decided to go back to the old one.

Hmmm, I have problems with emoticans to I've uninstalled it and continued with 8.5.

I actually find there's a nice medium between all three. :D I don't think it's too much to ask for all three.

WLM9 (part of Wave 3 of Windows Live) has more back-end improvement than user-end. That's why there's less features. ;)
