Avatar being resized

I've been using AzUpload to rotate avatars and sigs and have run into a problem and I'm not sure how to fix it. I think it's my forum automatically resizing the rotating images (they're a varied size, not all the same) and I'm not sure how to confirm or deny that, let alone fix it.

When I look at the Admin CP, I set the avatar size to being up to 250x250 (I like big images). But my avatars are still whacked out, smaller ones being forced to stretch. How do I make sure it's not the forum, and if it is the forum, how do I fix it?

I'm afraid if you use different image dimensions for your random avatar rotation you'll have to leave the following field blank.

Admin CP Posted Image System Settings Posted Image User Profiles Posted Image Maximum avatar dimensions

When the Width and Height fields are left blank in the "Edit Avatar Settings" panel, all images will be resized to the specified "Maximum avatar dimensions". For this reason, it's best to have all avatars that are placed in a rotation the same dimensions.
