Can someone please point me in the right direction please, for some reason we cant use the browse button to add photos! this is the message we get Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information. The error returned was: The file you requested to upload was greater than the limit the administrator has set for your group. Post Data Saved! The following post data has been saved. In some cases, using your browser's back button will empty out form fields which results in the loss of any typed and unsaved material. You may select all of the text area below and copy before hitting back. I have gone in to the 'manage user groups' but cant see where ive gone wrong. Thankyou in advance tina |

This happens because although you may be able to set your file upload limit via the ACP, IF limits the max upload size. This is done via server side restrictions. You may, however, upload bigger images by buying more Disk Space. The outline in that page will show you that your current upload limit is 200kb until you upgrade, and then it will be 7mb. |

Quantum-locked when observed.

To clarify, what Lone Stranger meant is that there is a limit on the size of individual files that you can upload. If a file is larger than 200 KB (for images) or 75 KB (for other types of files), you cannot upload it, even if you haven't used all of your 16 MB of file space. |
