Although sub-forums within other sub-forums is only in ZB, there are ways to mimic this in IF.

Creating Sub-SubForums

This is not a code, just a technique to make it LOOK like you have sub-sub forums. It actually functions exactly like a real subsubforum EXCEPT for two things: you'll see the redirect link in the first Subforum listing, and you will not see the SubSubforums indented properly in the Jumpdown list, but if you label them carefully, users will not get confused.

Instructions assume you already have a subforum created that you want SubSubForums for.

Preview & Test HERE

FIRST: ACP > Forum Controls > New Category
Make a new category. Call it "SubSubForums" Make it hidden from the forum list (or you'll confuse people!) You can access the hidden forum with this category link from your "Manage Forums" screen in the ACP. Or you can wait until you are finished to switch the category to HIDDEN. Either way is fine.

SECOND: ACP > Forum Controls > New Forum
Make a new forum. Call it EXACTLY the same name as your current subforum. (I've put definers on the names on the test board so you can see how it works.) Put it under the SubSubForum parent Category. Set up the permissions for whatever groups you want.

THIRD: ACP > Forum Controls > New Forum
THese are your new SubSubForums. Make as many as you want. Put them under the parent Forum you just created. Set up your permissions for each SubSubForum.

FOURTH: This is where it all comes together:
Go to your board, and find the page that shows the new Subforum (that has the same name as your first one--it will be listed under the new category you just created) and that has the display of its topics AND lists the new SubSubForums above it.
Copy the URL of that page. Go to:

ACP > Forum Controls > Manage Forums > Edit Settings
Edit the Forum Settings of the ORIGINAL SUBFORUM to redirect to the URL you just copied.

Make it easier for your users to get to the Sub and SubSub forums by putting links in your forum descriptions.
Code:

[<a href="FIRST SUBFORUM URL HERE"><b>FIRST SUBFORUM NAME HERE</b></a>] [<a href="SECOND SUBSUBFORUM URL HERE">SECOND SUBSUBFORUM NAME HERE</a>] [<a href="THIRD SUBSUBFORUM URL HERE">THIRD SUBSUBFORUM NAME HERE</a>]
Make sure the forum description link from the main forum goes to the page that shows the topics plus the Subforum. And make sure the forum description links in the Subforum take you to the pages for each of the Sub-Subforums.

And there you go....a little tricky, but it all works in the end. And if you want more of your subforums to have sub-subforums, you can just keep putting them under the same Sub-Subforum Category.
