Nicola´s reference provides you with a graphic resource, which is required to create graphics. Skinning in general on the other hand only requires knowledge in HTML and CSS. |

I can not help you as you appear to be running some flavor of linux. If you were using Windows I would suggest you search for an older version of Paint Shop Pro by Jasc. Software.
