Can the remaining boards who are still encountering problems submit a support ticket (Or bump a previously opened ticket about this problem). Since this issue is resolved in most cases, I'll try to identify the remaining problems.

I'm having trouble with a forum I have on server 9. I can't submit a support ticket because I can't get the board to function at all. Here is a link:

No. Email notifications are not a feature of ZetaBoards by default, and are currently only available as part of ZetaBoards Premium. Click here for more information. :)

An update: the problem should be mostly fixed, except for users with hotmail / msn / live email accounts. We're working with Microsoft to try and resolve the problem. In the meantime, if you have an alternate email account, try it for now. We should have the rest of the issues fixed soon.

As many of you are probably aware by now, server 13 is not currently sending out emails of any kind (Topic/Forum/PM Notifications, etc.).

Just to keep you updated: We are aware of this problem, and are in the process of fixing it. Thanks for your patience in the meantime. I will keep this topic updated with any new info. :)

Ryan probably thought you were referring to the validating emails users receive when they register on your board, or the password reset emails - not email notifications.

We can help identify problems by testing them on your board. :)

Also, please don't post the username and password of a potential administrator account on your board.
