I used the sidebar code in this thread, and as it instructed me to do if I had any issues, I'm starting a thread asking for help. Here is the link to my board, I have it set up the way I like it except that I want it shifted to the left to line up with the "logged in as:" bar, and also shifted down to line up with the Public Forum. What do I need to do in order to get it lined up properly? |

To get it in line with two elements that are not on the same level would require magic ![]() You can have it line up with the forums, or the #userlinks (the Logged in as... bar). You cannot have it line up with both. Perhaps I'm not understanding you, or you've not explained what you mean adequately. If you could provide a diagram of what you mean, that'd be appreciated. |

Using the incredible MSPaint, I have taken a screenshot and shifted the block the way I want to:![]() Is it possible to do that with my actual board? EDIT: Also, the text that says "Welcome back! Your last visit was..." had it's color changed to black when I used the code, making it blend in to the background and turn invisible. Can I turn it back to white and still use this code? Find the start of the sidemenu line:
Add what I've added in read. Increase/decrease the 20px value to increase the space between the sidemenu and the board. If you want to adjust the colour of the 'Welcome back' text, you'd have to add this to the end of the CSS: Then add a hex code where indicated
