Definitely not bad. I'd normally urge you to add a shade of some color to spice it up but I won't. You would've done that already if it was your intention. Anyway, I do like this design, even though I think there are some points that could improve. First, I think it looks a bit dull because all the grays you're using have similar values. Don't be afraid to be bold and increase the contrast, for instance, making the background a really dark gray, bordering black really. I really like the h2 design and even though I'm generally against using arrows in the text area, I think this one fits. Just one thing, I think the h2 could look better if the gloss on the left side followed the shape, curving towards the end. I just don't know if you'll be able to work those fading cell borders out. Keep working on this, because I definitely want to see this coded.
