Hi there.

The only possible way that your members can see other people's IP addresses is that they're either a moderator, a super moderator or an administrator.

I am going to provide you with a simple solution to remove IP addresses from being shown to them.

  • Log in to your Administration Control Panel.
  • On the left hand side there are categories of options to edit your forum. In the 4th category, which should be called Forum Control, click the option that says Moderators.
  • In your ACP your should see a table with all of the moderator sets you have set up. Click the group you want to stop seeing the IP addresses, for example; "Moderator". You should see the options remove or edit. Click edit.
  • In the list that is now displayed, the 6th option down should say; Can view posters IP addresses?. If it set at yes, click the option no.
  • Now, scroll down to the bottom where it says Edit This Moderator and click it.

Let us know if you have anymore problems, if you do, I will create a visual structure of what to do. Good luck with your board! ^_^
