Hi guys

Some of our members are saying that even when they tick the ''remember me'' box when logging in they keep having to do it every time.

One guy can stay logged in using his work pc but he has to log in ever time he uses his laptop at home.

Hi there, molibdimum.

Are you at all using a custom domain on your forum? If you are, that might be the problem. Assuming this is the problem, I will provide a step by step guide to hopefully stop these issues.

  • Log into your Administration CP.
  • On the left hand side there are categories of options to edit your forum. In the 2nd category, which should be called Invisionfree Network, click the option that says Domain Manager.
  • In this part of the ACP there are three tables, the second table should be titled Select Primary Domain Name. You should see a drop down menu there. Click it and select your custom domain.
  • Underneath that, click the button that says Set Primary Domain

That's all you have to do. If you have anymore problems, reply and I will provide you with a visual structure of what to do. Good luck with your board! ^_^
