I am having this problem as well! Our board is just starting out, and we recently did an ad blitz, so the majority of our potential members will be visiting the site soon - and will likely be turned off by this. =-/ |

Best bet is to supply a Support Ticket so that they are fully aware that there is an issue. Posting on this forum isn't always going to alert them immediately to an issue, support tickets will. |

Sometimes you have to nudge them a few times to get a response, but normally I don't get a response until about the time it's been fixed. Not sure what your support tickets were for, but they may be hardcoring the current bug effecting a larger scale of forums. Best bet is to send in a new ticket and bump every 48-72 hours until you get a response. Edited by Blitzugen, Jun 12 2009, 11:00 PM.

http://s1.zetaboards.com/ESA/index/ On that board, I can view the forums and the index of the Admin CP, but when I try to go further (etc. creating a new topic, posting a reply, viewing a topic, or managing the CP) it results in error: This webpage is not available. The webpage at http://s1.zetaboards.com/ESA/####### might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. The original error message is: Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): Unknown error. Does any one know what is occuring? |

There's about 6 other threads already posted about this lol. There's an S1 server issue at the moment. I'd suggest posting a support ticket in your ADMIN CP so they see that your forum is effected by it. |
