With many of us at different age groups, we all think of different things that we plan on doing for the future. Right now, I am looking at what college is for me. However, it got me thinking. After you've finished your education and you have moved out of your parents house, what are your plans? Do you intend to live with them until you can afford to pay off for your own house? Are you planning on living a bachelor lifestyle for a few years? |

Once I finish college, I'm hoping to get into a good university. Pretty much all of the good unis are further north from where I live so I'd have to stay somewhere else - probably not a house though. After that, I'm going to live in the US where the rest of my family live. |

Well i already live in my own place, have a full time job at a recruitment agency. I left school at 16 to go into full time work as a waiter, with no GCSEs. Went to college 1 day a week studying animal care, got 2 NVQs in that. So that is about it for me, left school with nothing and now i have a lot of work experience, good job and good pay

Well I have two years left before I go to University/College. I plan on doing Computer Engineering or Computer Science, then getting a job in the software industry or setting up my own company (a serious long shot :D). I'll probably stay to do a doctorate though... |

At this time I'm looking for employment. I posted off thirteen letters yesterday. I have a handful of other jobs to look into, and there may be more letter sending next week. I'm also aiming to head back to college part-time, to study a pastry course. |

I have (hopefully) 2 years left in college. I'm unsure whether I'm attend graduate school. It depends on whether it meets my needs when I get closer. Beyond that, my plans are still nebulous. I'd like to stay home for a couple of years and pay down student loans, buy a new car once mine dies (It's from 95 and runs great but realistically it's probably dead in 5 years ) and find a job. Realistically, I imagine the jobs I can get will take me away from home and force me to rent somewhere earlier than I'd like. But I'll worry about that when it happens. |
