**** pills and diets never follow those sports and exercise for life! Actually weightwatchers is like a really good one my friend she did it and lost 20lbs she is now 110 for modeling so i suggest only that. |

Heh, actually a colon cleanser will help you lose weight, but only because it clears out all your excess water and waste. It is definitely not meant to be a long term solution, and it really shouldn't be a solution at all. And acai is good for you, but not for weight loss (at least, such a claim hasn't been scientifically backed up yet). I don't know too much about acai, bit I do know that acai berries have some healthy fats in them, like oleic acid (a heart healthy fatty acid), and they have some antioxidant activity, but yeah, the acai craze has gone a tad overboard since their discovery. Most of you have it right, a combination of proper balanced meals, plus regular physical fitness is the safest, most "natural" way to become/stay healthy.
