Dave Carroll spent the past year trying to get compensation from United because he says his favourite guitar was practically destroyed by baggage handlers. Writes and posts a video on you tube and is now getting calls from all over the world.

holy rusted metal, Batman!?
There are witnesses, they admit they did it, yet refuse to pay..
The songs are a good start, but it should go to court and United should obviously lose due to gross negligence and willful disregard for (if not assault on) personal property.
Along with the cost of the guitar, lost time, and all that, he should seek $10,000 in punitive damages per United employee that he's had to interact with since the incident, and they should have to issue a public apology for not only the damages, but how they've handled the complaint.
Good job on shoving it in their faces, though to be honest, I didn't care for the song. :/
Pretty cool that we have things like youtube to get information out there, except of course, you also get people like that VenomfangX douche bilking naive religious people out of thousands of dollars in donations, etc., but it's worth it.

Having heard as much of the song as I could stand (about 30 seconds), I'd say breaking the guitar counts as a public service.
