Need help with Skinning my Forum; to get rid of that lame blue out line

Need Help with Skin changing

Hello I just stated a Forum for Iraqi Militaria IMF I want to change them old blue skins with a Green and brown look or much better Iraqi related colors. Can any one please help me.

> One thing it might help is look for a skin. Those blue bars are set on the "Style Sheet". When you get a new skin, it changes that.
