I have a forum on the Z10 server. 5 days ago I tried to bulk email all of the forum members but when I clicked the send button the screen instantly reverted to a default screen (I didn't note which screen) instead of the usual wait for a couple of minutes for the function to process. Today I thought I would try again only to get the exact same result. As you can imagine this is amazingly frustrating as there are a few important items of information that I want to get out to the forum members. So I now have another 5 day wait on my hands before I can try again but I fear I will get the exact same result next time. Is anyone else having problems or can anyone offer me any advice on how to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance. Rob. http://z10.invisionfree.com/djcc Nobody? Anybody? Unfortunately, the bulk email system fails when sent to roughly over 1,000 users at a time. InvisionFree is regrettably old, and is prone to bugs such as this. The issue does not occur on our ZetaBoards upgrade. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Jonathan |

Hi, I'm having the same issue on a board with over 1,000 members. However, would it work if we did it in increments: e.g. send one bulk email first to one user group that has fewer than 1,000 members, and then another user group that has fewer than 1,000 members, etc.? |

This should work, yes. |
