November 10th I created a temporary board to open a "Support Ticket" 5 days later on November 10th I recieved a reply saying my Ticket had been flagged, and now it's December 5th. When am I going to get any help!? It's way over the "7-14 days your support ticket will be reviewed." I'm a patient person, but this is a bit too much. 6 minutes after I saw your request I created a report and submitted it a member of our management team. To quote the response I gave you earlier, "Please understand that restorations of any kind take time to process." I'm not lying, they do take time to process - sometimes many months. This portion of our service is extremely slow (but with good reason). You're not the only person waiting, so please be patient. I wasn't bumping anything. When I was posting in another section it said to list the forum url so I assumed it would be the same for this section. If you actually paid attention to what I said I was simply wanting to know how long I would be waiting. Alteast hearing "months" gives some kind of idea. Thanks, really that's all I needed to hear and is appreciated. Atleast then I know at somepoint I will be helped. Thank you. |
