thank you, you guys, I will try out the different ways.

The under the submenu is good idea, however that would show up across all the themes right?

@ Jelly Bean: You can make a banner with the dimensions of 352 x 107 pixels or an alternative is to place a banner of any width and height under the submenu.

Find: <img src='http://bannergoeshere.com/image.jpg' /> and replace with your banner.

Code:

<!-- TOPMENU -->

<div id="main_content">
<div id="header">
<div id="header_l"><!-- top left corner --></div>
<div id="header_r"><!-- top right corner --></div></div>
<div id="side_l"><div id="side_r">
<!-- content starts -->

<!-- HEADER --><!-- SUBMENU --><div id="wrap"> <img src='http://bannergoeshere.com/image.jpg' /> <!-- NAV --><!-- BOARD -->
</div><script type="text/javascript" src="http://z3.ifrm.com/197/177/0/p86186/th2.js"></script>

<!-- content ends -->
</div></div>

<div id="footer">
<div id="footer_l"><!-- bottom left corner --></div>
<div id="footer_r"><!-- bottom right corner --></div>
</div></div>

<div id="copyright"><center>Christmas Time Theme by <b>Eccentric Feline</b>. Find more great themes at <a href="http://zbthemezone.com"><b>ZNR</b></a>!</center></div>
I've tried using the Layout code to position my banner so it's not covering the ad box, nor tiny up above the red border (352 x 107 made it way too small), but even under the submenu, there is still quite a bit of blank space above the banner.

Is there a way to reduce the space above the banner? My banner isn't very tall (135px). And even when I reduced the height even more, it didn't affect the amount of blank space above it.

Help? I'd love to use this theme -- it's AWESOME! -- but the banner issues are frustrating. :/

You can raise the banner up with a negative margin, like so:
Code:

#logo img {
margin-top: -120px;
}

Cory, I added that to the top of my CSS but it didn't have any effect. I tried higher numbers and still nada. Am I putting it in the wrong place?

Thanks for your help. :)

We would need to see the theme on your board to determine the issues. I can only base what I said upon viewing the preview board.

I've added an HTML Images page which contains prehosted images anyone can use to the first post.

http://z1.ifrm.com/0/1/0/p413707/ChristmasIsHereImageMacros.html

You can open it and copy/paste the image codes to your adminCP here:
AdminCP > Themes > Choose Theme > Edit Theme Images > All images

Thank you so much for helping me to do that. Sometimes I don't always get it right ya know? :)

I will add them right away.

PS, I also use your There be Dragons theme too. :)

You're welcome. I found one error on the HTML page that I have since fixed.

The pip images were wrong, and should have been for a single pip:

You can check the HTML page again to see how to install it.

Glad you are enjoying my dragon theme. It's one of my personal faves. :)
