Hi, I speak spanish so excuse my english.

Well, I had a forum like 3 years ago, and I was the admin... but, I change my email, and of course with the pass of the years the password too. Now I want backup some things I have in my old forum, but I don't remember the password, and the email like I said it's old, I suppose it's the same password, because I can't access at the email neither.

Can you help me? I really need that stuff. :(. I formate the computer and I lost that things.

Yes, i read it before, but that not needs log in in the admin cp?.. and like i said, i don't have the password, so, how can i send a ticket support if i can't log in?
