I can actually do pretty much everything in the that video. Can you do a Backflip 360? I have done it on a few occasions, but it takes some hight.
You read my mind. I used to eb able to do a front flip 360, and now I can hardly mannage a front flip 180. I once did a double backflip, well sort of, I kinda landed on my neck... |

I used Adobe Premiere 2.0 and for the contrast i tried to fix it but thats 10x much better then the original videos. Also for the backflip yea its much easier then a fron flip. And the reason why some fo you might find it harder to do a front flip after doing a backflip is because you have a tendency to lean backward. What you have to do is jump straight up then throw your arms down. I know your used to using your head but if you use your arms everything because easier. Especially twisting. As for the backflip 360 no i can't do that i can only do the 540. I've tried to the 360 but everytime I've fallen. |

Yea, I might get into tricknig I know much about it. Parkour and TKD It's fun but i need to either buy mats or go to a gym where they have mats to practice on. @ Crimson 1080 BACKFLIP!!!!! HOLY SH**. When you are doing back twister how do you throw your arms into the twist because i can never do it right. Also has anyone done a 720 front flip if so please give me a brief tutorial on how to do it. Thanks!!! |

ever seen an inline skater spin? lol... like that... *is a inline skater* i dont actually tuck my arms all the way... i leave them in a solid L formation so i can control my body movement better. I used to be so pro at a trampoline... too bad i dont have one anymore... maybe ill go to the skate park and bring my camera... and show some of my stuff i can do there *is famous locally.* Im known as Jackie Chan. Seriously. *EDIT* Me along time ago... I'm much better now. http://graffitiskatezone.com/ryan.html ~ Crimson |

I have a very hard time believing that. Actually unless you are using an ollympic trampoline i'm pretty sure that's imposible. |

Nice video. I broke my foot on a trampoline about 2 1/2 months ago. It didn't hurt though. |
