1st i know this is not the right section but its the only one i can post in

why do i keep getting banned in the name of tesser but no one bans me in my other account ? i have more than 1 ip

why do my posts get deleted from the shout box for posting im a paying customer yes i have premium not like most who are free users

so how do i get support for my premium that does not seem to be working right ??

why dont the staff answer there forum pm's (admin)

and last of all

i wont be renewing my premium the service is not what its made to be

The premium service ensures nothing. It only gives you extra features - nowhere does it say that you get extra support or so on. Paying only helps keep the ZetaBoards service free and in return we give you extra features.

I am unsure as to why you were "banned" from the support sections - I suspect you will have to contact a staff member about this. However, staff members are all unpaid volunteers and often times, they do not get to PMs immediately. You may have to wait a bit to get a response, especially if you are contacting administration. Also, I wouldn't expect a response from Brandon as he is more in the sphere of coding.

To answer your question about how you are to get support, though, you can access the support ticket system in your Admin CP. It is listed under Support Ticket.

i'm fully understand how the forum works iv been on many forums in my life time as staff both mods and admins

i also agree with how much time forum work can take and as posted by the

ZetaBoards Premium upgrades the filesize of attachments to 7.5 MB)

well i'm not getting that and when i ask for help i get post banned my last ban was for 4 weeks

i also know that being a paying customer does not mean i get extra support but to keep the paying customer paying at least be nice to them and allow them to post if they need support
