Okay, first the link to it:

Just add this in Admin CP->Skinning & Styles->Board wrappers->Header & Body
Under the <% BOARD %> tag
Quote:

<script>
/*
Adding NaviBar Links

*/
var aLink=new Array()-
aLink[0]='<a href="http://z10.invisionfree.com/rsp_graphix index.php?act=SR&f=4">&nbsp;Apply for staff</a>'

var uCell = document.getElementsByTagName('TD')
for (i=0;i<uCell.length;i++){
if (uCell.align=="right" && uCell.innerHTML.match("act=calendar") && uCell.innerHTML.match("act=Help")){
var addLink=""
for (j=0;j<aLink.length;j++){
addLink+=aLink[j]+"&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;"
}

uCell.innerHTML=addLink+uCell.innerHTML
}}
</script>

Changes to make:
Orange: The link to the form.

Okay, now click edit wrapper. You're done!

Now actually creating the Apply page:
(* means optional, but it will be recommended.)

1*. Create a new category(Set to visible).

2*. Create a new (Child) forum in this category(If you didn't make a cat. just choose any Parent Forum/Category. Set forum Permissions to admin-all member-view-only).

3. In that Forum, edit the forum rules(If there already are forum rules, choose another forum or delete these.)

4. Add this in the TextArea:
Quote:

<script>
/*

Changes:
Blue=The Url to your board.

Red=Anything you like...

Yellow=Here is the part that makes the NewBs fall off, Just change every value to wish, when you know HTML, it's easy. When you don't know HTML, just ask someone who knows, or undo everything you did.

Green=The name of the Root Admin(s) and his/their ID numbers.

Purple=The message to fill in.

NOTE: When you click apply, the part from "How old are you" to the last "</div>"
will glitch with the apply button, this is a very unusual bug i've seen, and i don't know anything against it. Just try to do everything while adding it, when you want to change it, ask me how to do it without losing stuff.

5. Set visiblity to "Show link only" and make the name "Apply for staff".

6. Now, you want to try it out, well don't!
You have to do a few things first:

You need to go the the Board index and follow all the forums until you reach the forum with the "Special" rules. Click on the Apply For Staff link and you will see your magnificent form! :D

Copy the URL of that page and use it to fill in the orange part at the NavBar(The first one) code.

Note: The admin needs to fill in a valid email-adress to make this code work on it's best!

Optional:
Set the used category to Hidden - Can access via link if known.

YOU'RE DONE NOW! CONGRATZ, You've installed the Staff Apply Form 2.0 on your forum!
It is actually really hard to explain the installing of this code, if you encounter any problems, PM me.

Oh, i'm talking too much, well it couldn't be bad, could it? I'm explaining really much, well, i hope you'll install it correctly.
