On the first use of a hr tag on my portal page, there is a huge space inserted only visible on the portal. The actual thread view it appears fine.

http://utgaming.net/site/ - You wont see the problem on the site now because I've replaced the HR tags with a GIF image of a HR line...

Wednesday I purchased an Apple iPod Touch 32Gb. I was going to wait until the end of the year to get the inevitable next model released by Apple, but I managed to score it for a bargain price I couldn't resist. So anyway, here's a quick rundown on the games I've been playing and if I think they're worth your time.
[big]Warpgate[/big][big] - App Store Link[/big]

The first and so far only game I've purchased from the apps store thus far. I've only played it for a few hours but already I can tell you that this game is pretty cool.

Basically you just fly around the solar system doing errands for certain factions. There's a group of factions that you each have a standing with. Some factions might try to kill you on sight, others will be friendly. As you progress through the game your standings with each faction will change dramatically. It's all a very dynamic system, one which is possible to actually gimp so that you run into trouble with just about everyone, so be careful!

The meat of the game is the commodity system. You can fly around from system to system, planet to planet buying and selling all sorts of stuff to make a profit. With this profit you can then upgrade your ship or buy a new ship entirely, and there are A LOT of ships you can buy.

Anyway I need to play it some more before I can talk further about the game, but so far I can see it's potential. The developers are updating it and fixing bugs quite quickly at the moment, V1.01 is out now, with V1.02 in review waiting to be approved. They're out there on various forums listening to user feedback and adding in the good suggestions people have.
[big]Bird Strike[/big][big] - App Store Link[/big]

This one will cost you money, but I managed to nab it for free in the last couple of weeks! I don't think I can speak much more about this game than what you'd learn from the trailer. It's exactly how it looks and just as fun. Great use of the accelerometer to control the game, overall a very polished game.
[big]Rubehouse[/big][big] - App Store Link[/big]

Here's a fun light little game that's free to play! Basicially you just tap an area of the screen and hope the little moving stars crash into the bubble you set and they themselves turn into a bubble, spreading across the screen changing as many as possible. It's a simple concept and very relaxing to play. Won't take you long to finish all the levels in the game, but it will take you some time to get gold medals on each level.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I checked with the default Zeta skin to confirm it isn't the Pulse theme at fault.

Cheers.

it works fine for me on every theme, it's on you... instead of BBC use HTML parser... you have a bigger spectrum of options :)
