I'm not sure how to explain this, but when I click at the top where it says Members, everything is in one straight line, not vertically, but horizontally. I'm not sure if Guests can see it, but if you can; http://s7.zetaboards.com/ClanMaul/members/ --- Any idea how to solve that problem?
Another thing, is it possible to add other things like that to the page? (Search, Members, Calendar, FAQ, etc) I want my own different links. O.o

Help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

In another one of your threads, you mentioned that you have problems editing posts if you use the script that allows html coding in the topic titles. The additional problem of the members list being horizontal suggests there might be some general coding problems in your board?

There's a lot you can do to add buttons. One of the things we did was to remove the existing FAQ button and replace it with an F.A.Q. button that points to our own faq's. That took two pieces of coding which I will post below. The first one is to remove the existing button and the second is to put in our own in two sections of the Board Template:

Above the copyright:
Code:

<script type="text/javascript">
$("#submenu a:contains('FAQ')").remove();
</script>

Menu:
Code:

<script>$("#submenu").prepend("<a href='http://s1.zetaboards.com/your-board-name-here/topic/3162951/1/'>F.A.Q.</a>");</script>

We also added a quick search box and an Active Topics button.

Hi, if by the members list you mean the submenu (as shown in pic) looking like this - Search . Members . Calendar etc etc, that's how it's supposed to look. Changing the way that it displays from horizontally to vertically would involve making changes to the theme which would in turn require the theme creators permission to do so.

If you can temporarily turn off the force login option, we can have a better look at the page in question. :)

If not, more for your clan privacy, please submit a support ticket; and one of my colleagues will have a look for you.

I'll mess around with that code later, as for the problem with the members list, I think it's safe to assume that it is a problem within the coding, though I don't know what I could do to find the problem, other than remove each section of code one by one, figure out what's causing the problem, and try to edit the code myself, or post it somewhere for another person to do so. Thanks for posting.

As for anyone who wishes to see my problem with the members list, I've made an account for anyone to login to.

That looks as if it may be a Theme Layout problem, if you post your theme layout I can compare it to mine as I use that theme without any issues at all.

Your layout and CSS look to be in order, but there is something up with your top menu.

This is yours -

Whereas it should look like this (apart from the colour difference)-

So for some reason it's not displaying the words for Preferences or Inbox and I can't see anything obvious that would be causing it.

Could you possibly post your CSS and Layout for me to test vs. mine? If no, that's okay :p
I was curious about that when I first put it on, as I noticed the preview had text and mine did not.

You need to check through the images section for the theme, and close the tags correctly. :)

Actually I've just tried that and managed to replicate the missing text issue, but the page all out of whack when viewing the members list is something I haven't been able to replicate.

Make sure every single theme image follows this format -
Code:

<img src='http://z3.ifrm.com/10/168/0/f264944/Pulse_M_ACP.png' alt='ACP' />

because missing out that > at the end was causing the text to disappear for me too, so it's likely that there are a few more which may be causing the problem.

Failure to include a closing single quote ( ' ) will cause the issues. The following single quote, used within the anchor tag, will act as the closing quote; leading to miss-closed tags, as they are then, themselves, enclosed within two single quotes. Basically, the closing, and following opening, td tags become a part of the alt text.

Simply make sure the alternate text has a closing quote as you correct the image tags. The culprit you require to correct the member list is Pulse_OFF_PM.gif. But also check the rest, as the board time icon has the same issue as the preferences and in-box. :)

@ Both replies, that is indeed the problem! Thanks! :]
Working on fixing it at the moment ^_^

I removed the text for most of the things, as it looked.. well. like &#^^.
Like [Starting Pip Rank Image][<img src='http://z3.ifrm.com/10/168/0/f265289/Pulse_Pip_L.png' alt='[' />]
It displays all of that text, and quite honestly, it looks absolutely terrible.

Problems are all solved, thank you guys very much!
@Tony, I just had to add a ' to the end of that pulse_off image, and it fixed that, so thank you very much for pointing that out.
@Lout, when I removed all that extra text, I also removed the closing tags, and I just added them, so now all is fixed!

:D

I have another question. Is there a faster way to add images? I added the red theme and I want the red icons, but it's hard to sort through image codes and place things in the proper place.. o.o
