Anyone know what the best way is to have a little announcements box at the top of my forum? And also if there's the ability to make it scroll across maybe? Thanks. Board: http://stretfordenders.net/index/ |

In simple terms, you want just standard HTML, plus the Marquee tag (which provides the scrolling) and add it to the "Above the Board" section of the board template. Make a request at the resource forum now you know what you need and it will be easily knocked up

Yes mate, just specify if you want it as one length all across the forum, or if you want two or three vertical cells for example. |

Thats taken right from my board so you'll need to replace my text and colour codes with your own. It goes in Board Template....Above The Board. If you need more help feel free to ask.

I'm not 100% sure because the code changed when my forum moved from Invision to Zeta but if your board is closed it may be worth having a play. |
