Okay, I'm a new webmaster and I know the basics of HTML. However, I hate to having to keep updating all of the pages I have in my FTP account everytime I update my navigations with new links. I want it so that when I update my navigations with new links, it'll appear on the pages that I all ready have in my FTP account. Is there a way to do this?

Use PHP, and code one page for hte links, then on every document you want the links to be, put <?php include links.htm; ?>. Don't add the <html> and stuff though, only what would normally be there.

So, on my index.php page, I just input that code in where the links are gonna be when I update it and it'll appear on all of the pages? Even my newly added pages?

Well, say on index.php you have <?php include links.html; ?>, then it will take the code from links.html and put it there. Have that include on all pages, but when you change links you just have to edit one file.

Okay...let's see...

Code:

<table border=1 bordercolor=525B65 style="border-collapse: collapse" width=98%>
<tr><td bgcolor=30363D><center><b>Affiliates</b></td></tr>
<tr><Td bgcolor=363E45>
+ <a href="http://www.chaotic-gaming.com">Chaotic Gaming</a><br />

I wanna know where do I add the code so that when I update my Affiliates list, it'll appear on every page. That's some of the code from my index.php file.

Create a brand new html or php file and put that code into it. It doesn't even need any of the body tags.

Then in the pages where you want it to appear put
Code:

<php? <?php include filename.html; ?>

Btw, this will only work if your host supports php which i know some of the free ones don't.
