There is no direct option to move a single post, from one topic to another, at least I have not found, so personaly I use the following path: I tick the post or posts that I want to move, then I send them in the Trash, Not delete, and there, in the trash, I choose in which topic I want to move that post. If I haven't the direct option to the topic, where I want to move that post, I choose to move the post in the area where is the desired topic, then I tick both, topic desired and post, and then I combine them, using the name of the topic. I know it looks complicated, but this is the solution that I found to do this. |

Thanks Orpheus! That's a cool idea I had not thought of! A funny one, but I'm going to try it out! Thanks very much! Zed |

I see I already asked this once here: http://if.invisionfree.com/topic/5062115/1/#new The solution in that topic was: "Split the post off, then add it to the other thread." Both methods seem to work. Edited by Zedboards, Jul 16 2010, 10:58 AM.

Yes, this solution is more direct, without the stage with the Trash, but rest remains the same procedure. |
