A user recently released a code on my coding forum which adds text to the copyright.

I just want a clarification if it's ok or not. The TOS says:
Invisionfree TOS

You may not modify and/or remove any copyright notices or labels on the Service.

Thanks. :)

Go Irish!

Got a link to an example?

Edit: Nevermind, I found it :)
That being said, as it is currently being used it is fine. The existing text of the copyright can't be changed, hidden, obscured, or drastically moved out of the way. Appending additional text to the end should be fine in most cases.
