This is done via CSS, not an option in the rest of the Admin CP.

Go to your board theme and find something on the lines of td.boardtd (I just grabbed the CSS class of a board, I never skinned for InvisionFree) and change the HEX code of the background.

OK I now see the CSS and I know it can be edit to change the color of my board but it so much. I have no idea what to change in order to change the color. What in the CSS changes the board color once I put in the color code I want?

Which part of the board are you trying to change? The background? If so find the following in your CSS (it will be near the top)
Code:

BODY { font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; color: #000; margin:10px 30px 10px 30px;background-color:#FFF }

At the end of that line you'll see the background-color:#FFF - replace the #FFF with the color of your choice.

Thank you! It works but I want the background and the tables or borders not sure what they are called. I changed the background and I have to change the rest. What's it called?

http://resources.zetaboards.com/pages/znrdb#if||0|1,bg

Then click "view all themes of this color".

Then will appear all themes that are green colored. Use those instead of making one as those are already fully made (the member Zeus00 is very good, remember that hint ;) )
