Ticket Replies on the ACP front page.

I think there should be an area in the ACP front page or somewhere that tells you that you have a new reply to a ticket. I went for months and completely forgot I had a ticket open. Or maybe just a number like it does next to inbox that tells you would be great on the sidebar.

if the ticket was important enough, you'd remember to check back for replies. :P

But this would be a nice addition, but there are more important things to add before this imo.

It would be. Personally I'm not using Support Tickets in my ACP at all but it is always better for me to talk with Staff there. Face to face. For example because I know, what I can expect from the particular Staff. For example if EA will tell me: "request js code" or "wait for CLASS BBCode" he knows that I won't be mad and actually I'm aware that sooner or later he always will tell me that. Discussion with Staff face to face is more friendly.

But that could be a nice idea.
